With nearly a decade of experience in strategic sales management, product management, and operational leadership, Addison founded Ascend Consulting Services to help businesses achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. Addison's career has been marked by a relentless focus on creating value, building strong customer relationships, and leading teams to exceed performance goals.

Addison has held pivotal roles at Hanes Companies. In these roles, Addison was responsible for driving significant sales growth, developing business strategies, and optimizing product portfolios. His leadership in these positions led to substantial improvements in revenue and operational efficiency. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Addison is deeply committed to community service. He serves on the board of a Nashville-based nonprofit that provides employment opportunities for individuals facing barriers to hiring.

He holds an Executive MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a BSBA from Appalachian State University.
